“The opportunity to really dig into a piece, to work all the tiny details, discuss and practice the shapes and contours and nuances that are possible … to collaborate with long time friends, sometimes with new acquaintances who may become old friends . . . this is the art of chamber music to me and I will always love it.” - Harmony Chamber Music Festival Year Two!
HCMF had a fantastic second year – we will keep this ball rolling!
BCMS is founded in the love of music and the joy that comes from playing and sharing chamber music with others. Learn how we bring people together in celebration of music in Bellingham.
We rely on community support to bring exciting programming and education to musicians and music lovers of all ages. Your support enables us to dream big and provide new experiences for our community including our offering of 10% of our tickets to local youth and their families. Many thanks to our donors!
We’re a hub of musical and creative activity for local professional musicians. Our concerts celebrate the standards, endeavor to include music from traditionally underrepresented composers, and embrace the diversity of cultures within the community.
