Manuel DeFalla’s “Suite PopulaireEspagnole” will take you on a musical journey of Spain featuring Dawn Posey, violin and Eli Schille Hudson, guitar. Violist Lisa Humphrey will join Eli for a performance of Annette Kruisbrink’s “Five Dances” and Johannes Brahm’s passionate ” String Sextet No. 2″ will finish the afternoon of great music. In this piece, Johannes includes a reference to Agathe von Siebold, a woman who he was betrothed for 6 years, but never married. Could this be the one that got away?
